- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations of the office
- Supervise, train, and support administrative staff
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations for management
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Monitor office budget and control administrative expenses
- Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient administrative procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or office management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
