- Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Develop and execute sales plans for assigned areas
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and outlets (bars, restaurants, shops)
- Ensure product visibility, promotions, and merchandising standards
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff performance
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of sales experience (FMCG/beer or beverage industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Willing to travel and work in the field
- Fluent in Khmer and basic English
- Own motorbike and valid driving license preferred
