Responsible for social media: - Determining posting frequency on social media. - Responding to partnership (Oversea & Local). - Building social media strategy to increases awareness and engagement on social media. - Handling Facebook Page, Tik Tok, YouTube channel & Website.
• Responsible for Content creators: - Texting, video, audio, or other types of media.
• Design spotlight: - Photos / Video editor, Logos, Brochures, Posters, Flyers, Stickers and QR code generator.
Offline Marketing:
• Support Event manager to update our annual event calendar.
• Coordinate project plans for various marketing and event activities.
• Ensure all events are carried out as per the timeline and it works as per schedule.
• Ensure that all events are carried out within the budget and MedCREATE AA’s standard.
• Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing
requirements; establishing contacts.
• Develop schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success.
• Provide administrative support to each member of the marketing team as needed.
• Other task as assigned by Management

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
• 1-2 years’ experience of Sale and Marketing or other relevant
• Good marketing concept
• Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset.
