o Manage cash transactions, sale operation, and sale administration of the store:
Manage payment and cash transactions, daily cash report, daily expenses, monthly expenses of the store
Scan sale transaction in POS system
Manage and prepare sale report of sale team
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report of the store
Arrange cashier/sale documents on the cashier desk
Prepare and follow up:
• Report on customer purchasing items (Sale & A/R)
• Report on stock-in/out in the store
• Report on product ordering to display and sell in the store
Make price tag and product price list
Request stationery, assets, accessories, cash for the store usage
Manage reports on store’s inventory, asset usage, office stationery etc.
o Support sale consultant for sale and customer service to customers
o Assist store manager in business operation
o Experience in conductive tasks related to the above key responsibilities
o Experience in team coordination and related sale support
o Be able to communicate in English.
o Able to support sale team to perform well, to grow and to achieve the set target
