- Supervise daily construction work at the project site
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Review drawings and ensure work follows project specifications
- Prepare site reports and update project status
- Solve technical issues on-site when required

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in construction or site supervision is preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Khmer language required; basic English communication is an advantage
