- Provide daily care for newborn or young child
- Prepare milk, feed, bathe, and change diapers
- Monitor baby’s hygiene, sleep, and health condition
- Sterilize baby bottles and keep baby area clean
- Support parents with baby care routines
- Report any unusual symptoms or concerns immediately

- Experience in baby care, nanny, or nurse care role
- Knowledge of newborn care and hygiene practices
- Patient, responsible, and child-friendly personality
- Good health and clean personal hygiene
- Able to work flexible hours or stay-in if required
- Basic communication skills in Khmer; English is a plus
- Nursing certificate or caregiver training is an advantage
