• Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and brand
awareness activities.

Creative Content Management
• Develop and oversee content strategies for both brands.
• Create and manage content calendars across all digital channels.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Video Production & Creative Direction
• Plan, coordinate, and lead video shoots for marketing campaigns, product promotions, events,
interviews, testimonials, and educational content.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and production plans.
• Direct video and photo shoots to ensure high-quality brand-aligned content.
• Work closely with videographers, photographers, designers, and editors.
• Manage content production schedules and project timelines.
• Optimize video content for multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,
LinkedIn, and websites.
Social Media Management
• Oversee social media strategy and content execution.
• Manage community engagement and audience growth.
• Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on platform trends and emerging content formats.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Social Media Platform
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze marketing performance using digital analytics tools.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
• Measure campaign effectiveness against KPIs and business objectives.
• Use data-driven decision-making to improve marketing outcomes.
Team & Vendor Management
• Lead and mentor marketing, content, and creative team members.
• Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and creative assets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand management.
• Proven experience leading marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
• Experience planning and managing video production projects.
• Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in consulting, professional services, retail, or e-commerce industries.
• Knowledge of graphic design and creative production workflows.
