- Supervise teachers and support staff to ensure quality education.
- Develop and implement academic plans and school policies.

- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth daily school operations and compliance with educational standards.

- Principal with senior experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Educational Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school management or leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of both Khmer and English.
- Ability to manage academic programs and staff effectively.
- Passion for education and student development.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
