• Brand Identity & Consistency: Maintain, develop, and enforce brand guidelines across
all platforms. Ensure every asset aligns perfectly with our established visual voice, color
palettes, and typography.
• Digital Content Creation: Design highly engaging graphics for social media (Facebook
posters, carousel ads, TikTok/YouTube thumbnails, and story templates) and digital
marketing campaigns.
• Corporate & Commercial Collateral: Develop professional business layouts, including
pitch decks, presentations, branding proposals, and corporate identity packages.
• Print & Spatial Design: Create offline marketing materials such as banners, brochures,
merchandise, stickers, and occasional spatial/environmental mockups (e.g., event
backdrops or signage).
• Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and deliver high-quality design assets in various
formats (including transparent PNGs, vector files, and layered source files) for cross-team
use.
• Collaboration & Ideation: Partner closely with marketing specialists, copywriters, and
content creators to brainstorm and execute multi-channel campaigns from concept to final
delivery.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) or equivalent industry-standard design tools (Figma, Canva Enterprise).
• Visual Asset Execution: Proven ability to output clean, high-resolution graphics, with
exact precision in background removal, color correction, and composition layout.
• Social Media Savvy: A strong understanding of digital marketing trends, aspect ratios,
and platform-specific formatting requirements (e.g., safe zones for TikTok and Facebook).
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for typography, alignment, and modern minimalist
design aesthetics.
• Communication & Time Management: Ability to present design concepts clearly,
implement constructive feedback, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or
equivalent proven portfolio experience).
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house brand experience
is a plus).
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing branding, social media layout, and corporate
collateral is mandatory.
