- Handle recruitment processes, including posting jobs and screening candidates.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support office administration and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with Chinese-speaking managers and staff.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Able to communicate in Chinese (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- At least 1 year of experience in HR & Administration is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
