- Inventory Tracking: Log incoming and outgoing raw materials, fragrance oils, and packaging supplies using the inventory system.
- Stock Quality & Storage Control: Monitor storage temperatures and conditions to ensure chemical/fragrance ingredients do not degrade.
- Stock Counting: Conduct regular weekly and monthly physical stock counts (cycle counts) and reconcile discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and verify bulk orders for wholesale clients before dispatch.

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or stock keeping (experience handling cosmetics, chemicals, or liquid ingredients is a big plus).
- Skills: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel or inventory management software.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of proper storage safety practices for liquid raw materials and batch/expiration tracking.
- Attributes: Highly organized, honest, and capable of performing physical stock checks when needed.
- Language: Good communication skills in Khmer (English is an asset for reading ingredient labels and international batch sheets)
