• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) records.
• Issue invoices and receipts to customers.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) for customers and vendors.
• Post Tax Invoices and Commercial Invoices (CI) into the accounting Maqsu system.
• Review and verify all invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Scan, organize, and maintain accounting documents and records.
• File invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents properly.
• Monitor and reconcile bank transactions and I-banking activities.
• Prepare bank and cash statement reports.
• Record daily revenue and expense transactions.
• Prepare expense reports and supporting documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly public service revenue reports.
• Prepare monthly closing reports for the Finance and Accounting Department.
• Maintain accounting journals, general ledgers, and balance sheet records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare expense and revenue analysis reports.
• Consolidate and prepare total financial reports for management review.
• Perform daily, monthly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Submit monthly and yearly financial reports to management.
• Prepare and process monthly staff payroll.
• Coordinate with tax agents and provide required accounting documents.
• Assist with audits, tax filing, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
• Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience (logistics experience is preferred).

required.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
