-Strong experience in civil works and infrastructure development.
-Good understanding of master planning, site development, and infrastructure layout.
-Knowledge of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination.

-Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D for technical drawings and design review.
-Familiar with GIS and GPS tools for mapping, site survey, and land/infrastructure planning.
-Ability to review and coordinate engineering drawings, master plans, and infrastructure designs.
