- Workforce & Labor Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle for office staff and factory workers (line workers, technicians, operators), including recruitment, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
- Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, safety regulations, and factory audits. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and union/labor relations if applicable.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee the calculation of monthly payroll, overtime (OT), bonuses, and government-mandated benefits (e.g., NSSF).
- Factory Administration: Manage factory facilities, security teams, worker transportation, cleaning services, and the procurement of office and plant supplies.
- Health & Safety (OSH): Partner with production heads to maintain workplace safety standards, manage accident reporting, and organize regular safety training.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of HR and Admin experience, with at least 2 years in a factory or manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of local Labor Law and factory compliance standards.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, attendance machines, and OT calculations for shift workers.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to communicate effectively with both high-level management and factory floor workers.
- Language: Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English or Chinese (highly preferred for manufacturing setups) is a strong plus.
Salary: $900 - $1200
Working Hour: 7:30am - 5pm (Mon - Sat)
