- Vehicle Inventory Tracking: Costing and tracking vehicle inventory (including freight, import duties, and refurbishing costs) from purchase to final sale.
- Sales & Revenue Processing: Process vehicle sales transactions, down payments, installments, and trade-in valuations.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage collections from customers (or finance partners) and handle payments to vehicle suppliers, vendors, and spare parts distributors.
- Taxation & Compliance: Prepare monthly tax declarations (VAT, withholding tax, profit tax) related to vehicle sales and services according to local tax regulations.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify physical vehicle/spare parts stock against accounting records.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1years of accounting experience, preferably in automotive sales, retail, or inventory-heavy industries.

*Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or dealership-specific ERP systems) and Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of inventory costing methods and local monthly tax compliance.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to cooperate smoothly with the sales and showroom teams.
