Craft Quality Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks, adhering to our quality standards and recipes.

- Deliver Exceptional Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
- Maintain Shop Standards: Keep the espresso bar, seating area, and equipment clean, sanitized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Handle Transactions: Operate the POS cash register, process payments efficiently, and manage cash drops with high accuracy.
- Support the Team: Assist with restocking inventory (beans, milk, pastries) and collaborate with team members to keep operations smooth during peak hours

- Experience & Education
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a fast-paced food service/hospitality role (preferred, but we love training enthusiastic beginners!).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills & Competencies
Technical Coffee Skills: Basic knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Customer-Centric: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure during busy morning rushes.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in following beverage recipes and maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Physical & Schedule Demands
Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
