- Manage daily operations of the pickleball courts and sport center
- Handle booking, scheduling, and customer inquiries
- Organize tournaments, leagues, and community events
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition
- Promote the sport center and increase member engagement
- Experience in sports management or customer service (preferred)
- Passion for pickleball or sports industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Basic English communication is a plus
