- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Monitor daily sales activities, routes, and field performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market coverage and revenue
- Build strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
- Ensure proper merchandising, stock availability, and product visibility in the market
- Train and motivate sales staff to improve performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in FMCG sales (supervisory role is an advantage)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of sales reporting and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Valid driving license is an advantage
