- Supervise and lead the outdoor sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members.
- Plan customer visits, sales routes, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Able to travel for customer visits and possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
