- Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, inventory control, and raw material logistics to ensure high plant utilization.
- Commercial Growth: Drive the sales strategy to expand market share across B2B channels, construction projects, and distributor networks.
- P&L Management: Drive financial performance, control operational expenditure (OpEx), optimize pricing strategies, and manage capital expenditures (CapEx).
- Quality & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards, minimizing plant down-time and scrap rates.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor department heads across Production, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and HR to foster a high-performance culture.
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
- Experience: 3-4 years of leadership experience in operations, plant management, or commercial leadership, specifically within the construction materials sector (e.g., ready-mix concrete, cement, steel, aggregates, bricks, or insulation).
- Track Record: Proven success managing an independent P&L and scaling business units or manufacturing plants.
