o Arrange and oversee appointments for patients according to doctor schedule
o Answering calls, send over results oversee conversations of staff with patients to ensure quality care
o Prepare patients documents prior and post doctor visits including registration forms, proformas, clinical forms, request forms and laboratory results
o Monitor overall patient flow in the clinic and implement improvements to reduce wait times and enhance service quality
o supervise a few staff to maintain high performance and excellent customer service
o Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other departments to coordinate seamless patient care.
o Ensure compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and patient privacy requirements
o Address and resolve patient inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally
o Be in cooperation with management team regarding internal rules and
guidelines that have or may developed
o Prepare operational reports, manage staffing schedules, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
o Basic knowledge in insurance is a plus
o Be able to support content creation for sometimes
o Work as a team with medical staff and non-medical staff
o Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related fields
o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
o Excellent organizational and problem-solving
o knowledge of healthcare regulation, patient confidentiality, and quality improvement practices.
