- Guest Experience: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly.
- Table Management: Assist with seating arrangements, clear and reset tables efficiently to minimize guest wait times.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and potential allergens, to confidently make recommendations.
- Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, side stations, and service counters in compliance with SFA (Singapore Food Agency) food hygiene standards.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow floor members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Experience: Prior experience in F&B (Food & Beverage) or hospitality is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a passion for service are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
- Communication: Fluent in spoken English to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members. Ability to speak a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food trays comfortably.
