- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
- Promote SEZ investment opportunities and company services to potential investors.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or SEZ-related industries.
- Fluent in Chinese (HSK Level 6) and English; Khmer is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development.
