- Visual Asset Creation: Design high-quality visual content for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and e-commerce platforms.
- Print & Packaging: Create print-ready layouts for product catalogs, lookbooks, hangtags, and sustainable product packaging.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring a premium, cohesive aesthetic across all marketing channels.
- Photo & Content Support: Assist with lifestyle photo shoots, including basic photo retouching, color correction, and staging layouts.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product development teams to visually launch new seasonal collections and furniture lines
- Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within retail, e-commerce, interior design, or lifestyle brands.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere/After Effects) are a major plus.
- Industry Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, modern aesthetic with an eye for interior styling, typography, and color theory.
- Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of print production processes, color management (CMYK vs. RGB), and preparing pre-press files.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management to handle multiple collection launches simultaneously, with an openness to creative feedback.
