-Supervise daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
-Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
-Lead, train, and support the front office team.
-Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
-Prepare daily reports, manage room status, and maintain accurate guest records.
-Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
-Minimum 2–3 years of front office experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS (e.g., Opera).
-Good command of English; Khmer is required. Chinese is an advantage.
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
