Develop and execute the company's annual business strategy, budget, and growth plan.
Take full responsibility for P&L, revenue, profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance.
Lead Sales & Marketing strategies to increase sales volume, market penetration, brand awareness, and market share.
Establish sales targets, pricing strategies, promotional plans, and distribution strategies.
Develop and strengthen modern trade, general trade, wholesale, distributor, and key-account channels.
Monitor market trends, competitors, consumer behavior, pricing, and new business opportunities.
Oversee supply chain, inventory, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and product availability.
Improve operational efficiency and control operating costs and business expenses.
Lead and develop department heads and senior management teams.
Establish KPIs and regularly review departmental and individual performance.
Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, suppliers, and strategic business partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and internal control procedures.
Provide regular business performance reports, forecasts, risks, and recommendations to the CEO/Board.
Drive organizational improvement, digitalization, and sustainable business expansion.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is preferred.
Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior management.
Strong FMCG experience is highly preferred, particularly in sales, distribution, commercial operations, or general management.
Proven experience managing P&L and large-scale business operations.
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, route-to-market, pricing, trade marketing, and inventory management.
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
Excellent strategic planning, analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership with experience managing multiple departments and senior managers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong integrity, accountability, commercial mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.
