Ensure all food orders are prepared accurately, meeting quality, presentation, and safety standards
Clean all used kitchen equipment at the end of the shift
Maintain a well-stocked station with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service starts (mise en place)
Monitor inventory levels and report on items requiring reordering
Maintain a clean and organized work area during shift handover
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef when needed
Report to the Head Chef and follow instructions
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely completion of food orders
Prepare the kitchen workspace before the Head Chef arrives
Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment
Proficiency in knife skills (cutting, chopping, mixing)
Ability to prepare sauces and dressings according to recipes
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols.
Able to work in Chroy Changvar Area
Day&Time: 6:30am-8:30pm
Willing to work longer.
