• Role Overview: Joining the team as the project enters the rough-in phase, this role holds
complete authority over the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting (MEPF)
disciplines. The engineer will oversee system integration, ensuring all utility facilities
installed by the Subcontractor function flawlessly as a single, cohesive unit.
• Specific Responsibilities:
o Comprehensive MEPF Supervision: Oversee the end-to-end installation of all
facility systems. This strictly includes heavy HVAC (chillers, AHU), general and
industrial ventilation networks, full electrical infrastructure (substations, MCC,
general & emergency lighting), plumbing, and comprehensive firefighting
facilities (sprinklers, hydrants, fire alarms).
o System Integration & Clash Resolution: Conduct rigorous reviews of MEP shop
drawings against civil/architectural structures. Proactively coordinate and resolve
spatial clashes (e.g., sleeve locations, cable trays, ductwork routing) prior to the
Subcontractor's physical execution.
o Testing, Commissioning (T&C) & Handover: Lead, witness, and validate all critical
system testing. This includes hydrostatic pressure tests for plumbing/fire lines,
electrical load tests, and the final Testing & Commissioning of all ventilation,
lighting, and cooling systems to guarantee operational readiness for the Client.

• Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a
minimum of 5 years in comprehensive MEPF supervision, integrating complex systems in
industrial plants or large-scale facilities.
