• Role Overview: Acting as the core representative of the Main Contractor, this role
requires comprehensive oversight of the entire project where all physical construction is
executed by the designated Subcontractor. The Manager will act as the crucial bridge,
meticulously coordinating and mediating between the Client's requirements and the
Subcontractor's site execution.
• Specific Responsibilities:
o Subcontractor Management: Direct and control the Subcontractor across all
phases (Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP). Ensure their execution strictly
aligns with the Master Schedule, safety regulations, and contract specifications.
o Client Liaison & Mediation: Serve as the primary mediator between the Client
and the Subcontractor. Proactively resolve technical conflicts and manage
expectations without causing unnecessary cost overruns or schedule delays.
o Team Leadership: Direct, manage, and evaluate the internal site supervision
team (QA/QC Engineer and MEP Engineer).
o Contract & IPC Administration: Hold final site-level responsibility for verifying
the Subcontractor’s IPC. Prepare and justify the corresponding progress claims to
be officially submitted to the Client.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering with 7
10 years of comprehensive construction management experience.
