Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, cash flow, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure accurate accounting records.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company accounting policies.
Coordinate with internal departments and support financial audits.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of accounting experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role (automotive or truck industry is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
