-Assist the QC Manager in overseeing daily quality control operations.
-Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
-Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-Conduct inspections, audits, and prepare quality reports.
-Train and supervise QC staff to maintain quality performance.
-Coordinate with production and other departments to improve product quality.

-Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of QC experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of quality control systems and inspection procedures.
-Good analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with quality management systems is an advantage.
-Good communication skills in Khmer and English; Chinese is a plus.
