- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, and handle general inquiries with a high standard of professionalism and hospitality.
- Administrative Support: Assist the school leadership, teachers, and department heads with scheduling, document drafting, translation, and data entry.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential student and staff records, attendance logs, and school databases.
- Communication: Act as a primary liaison for parent inquiries, distributing newsletters, circulars, and important announcements.
- Event & Logistics Support: Assist in organizing school events, parent-teacher conferences, field trips, and graduation ceremonies.
- Inventory & Procurement: Monitor and order office and classroom supplies while coordinating with vendors.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within an international school, educational institution, or corporate multicultural environment.

- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., local language or another international language) is a strong plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiar with school management systems (e.g., SIS, iSAMS) or CRM tools.
