Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs.
Inspect vehicles with customers and accurately record service requests.
Explain maintenance recommendations, repair options, costs, and estimated completion times.
Prepare service quotations, job orders, and service documentation.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Keep customers updated on repair progress and obtain approval for any additional work.
Conduct final vehicle inspections before delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Promote service packages, maintenance plans, and genuine spare parts to customers.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and automotive products.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
Ability to prepare quotations, explain technical information clearly, and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure and meet service targets.
Having a valid driver's license is an advantage.
Experience with authorized vehicle dealerships or luxury automotive brands is preferred.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
