Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and recommend menu specials.
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally.
Prepare tables before service and clean tables after customers leave.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area according to restaurant standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Process customer payments when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Fresh graduates or candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, polite, and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication is preferred; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
Responsible, punctual, and able to handle work under pressure.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or restaurant service standards is a plus.
