- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment process, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law and workplace regulations.
- Manage administrative operations, office facilities, company assets, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and department managers to support manpower planning.
- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and monthly management reports.
- Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive working environment.
- Supervise HR & Admin staff and ensure daily operations run efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR & Administration experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
- Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
