Marketing & content (≈40%)
• Plan and run the monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and
Telegram.
• Write clear, warm bilingual (Khmer/English) copy for posts, promotions and health
education content.
• Plan seasonal and service campaigns (vaccination drives, back-to-school check
ups, flu season, new specialist launches).
• Manage the clinic's Google Business profile, reviews and basic SEO; support the
website.
Graphic & visual design (≈35%)
• Design social posts, posters, brochures, signage, banners and patient handouts in
the Well Kids brand (navy/blue palette, gold accent, Poppins/Inter, Khmer
typography).
• Produce and lightly edit photo and short-form video content inside the clinic.
• Maintain brand consistency and a simple asset library/templates.
Growth & light business development (≈20%)
• Build partnerships with schools, pharmacies, corporate HR/insurance and referring
doctors to drive patient referrals.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and leads; coordinate with the front desk on
conversion to booked visits.
• Support packages/pricing promotions and track their uptake.
Reporting & coordination (≈5%)
• Report monthly on reach, enquiries, new patients and campaign ROI to the COO.
• Coordinate the front-desk/customer-service team on patient experience and brand tone.

• 2+ years in marketing, social media, or graphic design (or a blend).
• Practical design skills in Canva and/or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
is required.
• Fluent Khmer and working English, with strong bilingual writing.
• Comfortable running Facebook/Instagram/TikTok pages and paid boosts.
• Organized self-starters able to work hands-on without a big team.
Nice to have
• Experience in healthcare, clinics, childcare, education or FMCG serving families.
• Short-form video editing (CapCut/Premiere).
• Basic website/CMS, Google Ads, or email/Telegram marketing.
• Any sales or partnership/BD experience.
