Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote medical products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product information to customers.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and marketing materials.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve business performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development; experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of medical products, healthcare services, or pharmaceutical markets is an advantage.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel for customer visits, meetings, and promotional activities.
Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
