Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Promote the company's logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-up meetings to understand customer requirements.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service; experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Sales-driven, self-motivated, and able to achieve assigned targets.
Good understanding of logistics, transportation, import/export, or supply chain services is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
