-Support the Head of Student Affairs in managing daily student affairs operations.
-Supervise student behavior, attendance, discipline, and well-being.
-Lead and coach Student Affairs Supervisors and staff to ensure high performance.
-Coordinate student activities, events, assemblies, field trips, and extracurricular programs.
-Build positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and external partners.
-Ensure compliance with school policies, safety procedures, and Ministry of Education regulations.
-Monitor and maintain accurate student records, including attendance and behavior.
-Assist in developing and implementing student welfare initiatives and school improvement plans.
-Prepare reports and perform other duties assigned by the Head of Student Affairs
-Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Management, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student affairs, school administration, or educational leadership.
-Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage student discipline and resolve conflicts professionally.
-Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and student information systems.
-Fluent in English; Khmer language proficiency is an advantage.
-Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to student development.
