Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive customer growth across digital channels.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other platforms).
Identify new acquisition channels and partnership opportunities to increase user registrations and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and user retention.
Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to improve user acquisition performance.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Manage acquisition budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking partners, affiliates, agencies, and clients.
Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and user growth strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms, analytics tools, and user acquisition strategies.
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other digital marketing platforms.
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Khmer is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet performance targets.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Experience in the Information Technology & Services industry is highly preferred.
