Project Planning & Execution
• Lead the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of
factory construction projects.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, milestones, and
deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and
according to quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Construction & Site Management
• Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, MEP consultants, and
government authorities.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and
suppliers.
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings,
specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor work quality and resolve technical or construction
issues promptly.
Budget & Cost Control
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cash flow
forecasts.
• Monitor project costs and approve contractor progress
claims.
• Evaluate quotations and support contract negotiations.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising
quality.
Stakeholder Coordinator
• Work closely with the CEO and senior management on
project progress.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and executive
presentations.
• Lead project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian construction laws,
environmental regulations, and occupational health and
safety standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
• Ensure required permits and approvals are obtained.
Project Closeout
• Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, and final
handover.
• Coordinate defect rectification and warranty follow-up.
• Maintain complete project documentation.
1. Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering, Construction
Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a
related field.
2. Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing industrial,
manufacturing, warehouse, or factory construction projects.
4. Proven experience delivering large-scale projects from planning
through completion.
5. Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.6.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
6. Experience with manufacturing facilities, heavy machinery, or
industrial plants is highly preferred.
7. Good command of English.
8. Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred and will be considered a
strong advantage.
