Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, retail chains, and key accounts.
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase product distribution and market share.
Monitor product availability, shelf displays, pricing, and promotional activities at customer locations.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards and product visibility.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales representatives to improve team performance.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, bakery, confectionery, or consumer products, especially selling to supermarkets or modern trade channels.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow key accounts.
Knowledge of supermarket operations, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for customer visits.
Honest, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
