Research, develop, and improve construction material products to meet market demands and customer requirements.
Conduct product testing, evaluation, and validation to ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Production, and Quality Control teams to support product development and market launches.
Provide technical support and product training to the sales team, distributors, and customers.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend product improvements and new product opportunities.
Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, installation guides, and technical data sheets.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to evaluate raw materials and product performance.
Participate in product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer site visits.
Ensure all products comply with local regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.
Troubleshoot product-related technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Monitor competitor products and emerging technologies within the construction materials industry.
Prepare regular product development reports and update management on project progress.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Material Science, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in product development, technical support, or construction materials.
Strong knowledge of construction materials such as cement, concrete, waterproofing, adhesives, sealants, coatings, roofing materials, gypsum products, or other building materials.
Understanding of construction methods, building systems, and relevant industry standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct technical product testing and prepare technical reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willing to travel to construction sites, factories, and customer locations when required.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
