Promote and sell residential properties, including borey houses, villas, shophouses, and land projects.
Identify and approach potential customers through online and offline marketing activities.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable property options.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, mortgage options, and promotional offers.
Follow up with leads to convert prospects into successful sales.
Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and related documentation.
Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and real estate regulations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales role (Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply).

Experience selling borey, condominium, or residential property projects.
Knowledge of housing loan procedures and financing options.
Active social media marketing skills (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, etc.) are an advantage.
Own transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
