Manage and supervise daily restaurant service operations.
Lead and motivate the service team to provide excellent customer service.
Ensure food and beverage service meets restaurant standards.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work discipline.
Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for smooth operations.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Assist in staff training and service improvement.
Monitor inventory and restaurant equipment related to service operations.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field is preferred.
2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Experience in a Japanese restaurant is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Able to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
English communication skills; Japanese language is an advantage.
Good computer skills, especially MS Office/POS systems.
Responsible, professional, friendly, and service-minded.
