- Financial Reporting & Operations: Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory accounting, and fixed asset management.
- Month-End & Year-End Closing: Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, preparing comprehensive financial statements and variance analyses.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Cambodian tax laws, regulations, and statutory reporting requirements (GDT filings, audits, etc.) while optimizing tax strategies.
- Internal Controls & Auditing: Maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, coordinate external/internal audit processes, and resolve any compliance findings.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist executive management in formulating annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, supply chain, and operations departments to analyze financial data, track profitability, and drive operational efficiency.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or a recognized professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CAT).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), manufacturing, or multinational corporate environment.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
- Deep knowledge of Cambodian Accounting Standards (CAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and local tax regulations.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Japanese or Khmer is a strong advantage.
