- Monitor and control daily inventory of bedding furniture, mattresses, beds, wardrobes, and related products.
- Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system or Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences with system records.
- Prepare stock reports and provide inventory updates to management.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Delivery teams regarding stock movements.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when products are low or overstocked.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, organized, and stored in the warehouse/showroom.
- Track damaged, defective, returned, or missing products and prepare related reports.
- Ensure all stock transactions are properly documented and approved.
- Assist with monthly and annual inventory audits.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and investigate the causes.
- Follow company procedures for stock control, storage, and inventory management.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Stock Control, Inventory, Warehouse, or related positions.
- Experience in furniture, bedding, mattress, or retail industries is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording stock movements.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to handle confidential information.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
- Willing to conduct physical stock counts and work in a warehouse environment.
- Language: Khmer required; basic English is an advantage.
