Job Description

- Supervise and manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Review and verify supplier invoices, payment documents, internal documents, and supporting documents.
- Monitor and follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) and outstanding customer payments.
- Review sales transactions, salesmen’s stock movements, sales results, and related expenses.
- Prepare and review journal entries and accounting transactions in QuickBooks or accounting systems.
- Manage prepaid expenses, accruals, depreciation, fixed assets, and related accounting schedules.
- Review cash expenditures, daily revenue reports, petty cash, bank transactions, and supplier payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and ledger/sub-ledger checking.
- Prepare and support monthly and annual tax documentation and declarations in accordance with Cambodia tax regulations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Perform cost calculations and analyze the costs of raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct variance analysis and investigate accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting and financial documents.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments regarding financial and accounting matters.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and explanations.
- Identify accounting issues and recommend appropriate financial or operational solutions.
- Supervise, guide, and support accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

+ Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/CPA is an advantage.
+ Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably at Supervisor level.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, trading, or distribution is highly preferred.
Strong experience in financial transactions, reconciliation, costing, and financial reporting.
+ Technical Skills
Good knowledge of Cambodia accounting principles and tax regulations.
Good understanding of financial statements and accounting processes.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good understanding of product costing and variance analysis.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Khmer language proficiency is required.
