1. Recruitment and Candidate Management:
• Prepare and post job announcements through approved recruitment channels.
• Source and screen candidates based on approved job requirements and qualifications.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates, line managers, and management.
• Communicate with candidates by phone, email, or other approved communication channels regarding interviews, recruitment status, and required documentation.
• Conduct reference and employment background checks when required.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up on pending candidates and ensure recruitment activities are completed within the required timeline.
2. Selection and Hiring:
• Coordinate interview evaluations and collect feedback from relevant interviewers.
• Prepare candidate information and salary proposals for management review and approval.
• Communicate approved employment offers to successful candidates.
• Collect and verify required employment documents before onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and other required employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment and candidate records.
3. Onboarding and Probation Coordination:
• Coordinate with line managers and relevant departments to prepare for new employees before their first working day.
• Support new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Ensure line managers prepare appropriate orientation and probation plans for newly recruited employees.
• Follow up with line managers on the performance and progress of new employees during probation.

Have at least Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
Have at least two year experiences in general administration, recruitment or human resources;
Experience working with recruitment agencies, universities, or external recruitment partners is an advantage.
Experienced in working with international school is a plus;
Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing;
Professional appearance;
Excellent planning, organizational skills, and multitasking;
High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic;
Honest and effective time management skills;
Ability to retain confidential information;
