-Handle recruitment, interview coordination, and employee onboarding.
-Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
-Support payroll and other HR administrative activities.
-Assist with employee relations, company policies, and internal communications.
-Organize training and staff development activities.
-Support performance evaluation and disciplinary procedures.
-Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Cambodian labor regulations.
-Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-1–2 years of experience in HR or administration; experience in cosmetics/FMCG is an advantage.
-Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good command of Khmer and English.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
-Responsible, organized, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
